If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
If the item was bought from an International partner we will work to receive their clearance, as soon we receive it we will provide you the refund or return items.
To avoid returns we work exclusively with International sellers rated very high in their return policies.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no signs of wear or use
- Shipping the items back are done by the buyer expenses, this includes shipping back to our offices in Auckland and (when applicable) back to our vendors overseas
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Forward the order confirmation to email@example.com writing what item(s) you want to return
- We will reply back in 2 working days with a return code and the shipping cost (if applicable) to our overseas vendor.
- Print your order confirmation and highlight the item(s) you want to return, write the return code we provided
- Send the item(s) back to us together with the order confirmation using our address and label provided
